Mephisto?

I am Tony Nicholas. Rabble Rouser extraordinaire. I have undergone a metamorphosis in which I left all my youthful discretions in the past, in favour of older, more worldly, and wiser discretions.
It’s more of the same bullshit under a different name.
The intention behind this blog is to carry on the tradition of rabble rousing and general muck raking, calling foul on those who are intent believing their own self serving bullshit. Like people who love to till fallow soil, only to harvest weeds.
I will not be sidetracked by the bullshit rhetoric of freedom of choice, freedom to choose, preferred methods of communication, desire to hear, etc., and other seemingly clever ruses, which are designed to avoid fundamental issues that divide Deaf, deaf and hearing people.
It may get the backs of Hearing people, or get deafies offside to hear a Deaf talk so bluntly. Well, too fucking bad. Deal with it! But rest assured, the journey will be a pleasant, educational and enjoyable one.

Hi, I want you to know that I enjoy your words and their ideas.
Switching to become a Mephisto. I had to google Mephisto and Memphisto and found them probably the same? – It is because I loved the German film, “Mephisto” and could see the analogy between the title character and you as Mephisto in the Hearing World. I enjoy playing around in thinking it could also be that you are a Mephisto in the Deaf World (from their viewpoint in)?

I share your view in the fallowness not only of DV but generally of the deafblogsphere. I guess we’ll have to wait for it to mature and produce more quality.
It is a bit disconcerting not to know exactly who is behind all those pseudonyms yet look forward to the chance our paths cross, if ever.
Continue what you do no matter how discouraging your ego, id, or the superego tells you.
